There need to be workshops for management to learn how to better treat employees. Salary increases should be offered to hard working employees.

A firm that is effectively organized in order to provide staff with a system to work efficiently. The working hours vary but are great. Insurance is offered. 401k is also available to staff.

The firm does a poor job of treating all their staff and employees with respect. There is a sense of discrimination taking place here if you are not an attorney. Celebration parties are divided between a separate management and staff party.
