Corrupt lying lawyers work for this firm

They are the true definition of what a lawyer is...a liar!

The lawyers perjure themselves on any given day- this includes the current lawyers that work their now (2023). The paralegals frabricate documents, emails, etc. and sign HIPAA authorizations on behalf of plaintiff's (who are their opposition since Goodsill defends insurance companies) and send out the forged authorizations to medical providers, hospitals, employers, etc. without the plaintiff and their counsel knowing, hoping to get medical records to aid in limiting their responsibility and negligence of those that they represent. There is no amount of disgusting that these lawyers at this firm won't go to in an attempt to "win". They lie to Judges, perjure themselves in motions and reply memorandums and have been sued for false misrepresentations. This firm has attorneys who think nothing of defrauding the court- kangaroo court- since it is in Hawaii. These individuals should be disbarred but the Hawaii Office of the Disciplinary Counsel is pretty pathetic (old boys club). Therefore, these lawyers continue to conduct various unethical and unprofessional conduct regularly...but eventually it will catch up to them.

Stay away from this firm and their corrupt money hungry lawyers!

Nothing. It should be shut down.

Do not hire addicts and immoral attorneys.

They will cover your illegal and unethical conduct.

Mike O'MALLEY. Perjury, fraud, addict, spouse and child abuser. Bankrupted himself.

A Good But Slow Paced Firm

Due to the fact that things are not as fast paced in Hawaii I would encourage associates to learn new areas of law. I think that it would help all the attorneys at the firm if we had to do some cross training.

It's located in Hawaii so there is some good weather to go with the work. I found myself doing a lot of interesting work for the firm and was able to get help when I needed it. The paralegals were very helpful and dedicated to their jobs. I found that the support staff was top notch.

While I liked Hawaii, the firm does not get the level of work that one would on the mainland. Things move at a slightly slower pace I found. I was under pressure but it was never the crushing kind.
