I would like to see this firm take on larger cases that could help push this firm into the limelight which would mean better benefits, more promotions, and even greater pay for all of the staff members.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The starting pay was competitive, the benefits were decent, and there was a great deal of flexibility in terms of determining your work hours.

What did you not like about this institution?
This firm seems satisfied where they reside now and there seems to be a real resistance in regards to the firm as a whole wanting to take on larger and more exciting cases.
