Advice to law firm management: The firm needs to bring new talent and clean up corruption. Most partners are old but are holding on to their seats. The firm's reputation is going down because of lawyers like Pudlowski. They need a complete overhaul.

Pros: The best - it has a lot of good lawyers who are experienced. They have an excellent reputation in the local legal community with a steady stream of clients.

Cons: Elaine Pudlowski is a guardian ad litem and a family law lawyer. She is heartless when it comes to children and their safety. Elaine's reputation is that for every child there is the highest bidder. The firm keeps her because she makes them money and the rumor is at least a million annually. Who wants to lose this cash cow? The firm has been very nervous lately. They have been nominating Elaine Pudlowski for numerous awards to improve her tarnished reputation. Child safety means nothing to Pudlowski or the firm. It is all about money.

Partners to Avoid and Why: Elaine Pudlowski. Why? Do a google search, and you will know why.

Favorite Things About this Firm: Great location. Poor parking.
