Abuse is not ok. There should be disciplinary action taken. Learn how to manage people correctly. Do not smile in the staffs face while undermining them behind their backs.
The administrative staff is nice.
A very Abusive and toxic environment. Underpaid and over worked. Little to no training. One of the partners verbally abuses his staff, specifically older women. Management is horrible. There are no bonuses. There is no HR. Be prepared to see staff crying do to verbal abuse and unfair treatment. High over turn.
Timothy E Howie is the Most abusive person I have ever worked for. His emails are vial and his anxiety needs to be in check. He will treat you horribly and he is very very condescending. Do not become his paralegal. He will make you want to quit within a few weeks.
