Add a few more staff to ease the workload on the people a little bit or raise their pay accordingly. Everyone likes to work here so reward their loyalty.

This is a great place to begin in the legal field. Management really looks at the people on the lower end of the firm with respect. It is a great place to learn and grow as a lawyer.

The workload keeps you really busy and can cut into your free time with family. They pay a bit lower than some other firms in this area. The benefits are pretty scarce as well.

Work on training management to act with more competence. Provide a more adequate pay.

The environment is creative and innovative. They are committed to diversity. Technology is up-to-date. The firm has grown a lot.

The pay could be better. There are some issues with the way management runs things. There are some office politics.

Our summer associate program is formatted to give students a glimpse into different areas of the law in which our firm specializes. Summer associates have the opportunity to accompany attorneys in both the courtroom and the board room.
