The Miller Law Firm is appointed liaison counsel for the End Payor Plaintiffs in In re Automotive Wire Harness Systems Antitrust Litigation, MDL 2311, in the Eastern District of Michigan - Judge Marianne O. Battani. In this proposed class action, Plaintiffs claim that Defendants, the largest suppliers of automotive wire harness systems globally and in the U.S., engaged in a massive, decade-long conspiracy to unlawfully fix and artificially raise the prices of these products. Plaintiffs are three groups: (1) direct purchasers, (2) dealerships, and (3) end payors. The End Payor Plaintiffs are comprised of dealership customers who purchased new or leased vehicles containing automotive wire harness systems.
