I would like to see this firm take on more diverse cases that will push everyone to work together. I would also like to see management hire a few new attorneys so that associates and other staff members can come and go on an as needed basis more often.
The starting pay is very competitive and quite a bit higher than what other firms in the area are offering. The staff is very family oriented and professional in all regards.
The work tends to be very straightforward for the most part and can be a bit boring at times which is a minor draw back. I also did not like the fact that there is no flexibility in terms of work hours.
