Lower salary than other comparable Firms Lacks compassion when there is death in the family Failure to communicate administrative Information firm-wide Incessant welcome emails and subsequent reply-all’s when new hires arrive Support staff complains about filing “last minute” Or same day motions—justified considering assistants are assigned to 6+ attorneys and are over worked No standards or billing guidelines. Cuts time inexplicably Partners are relatively inexperienced and fail to lead their teams and will blatantly withhold resources that would make the team more effective Witnesses named partners talk about a female attorney’s “tight pants” and how we should all “go check them out” Witnessed a naked partner say we should “ride a Partner’s a**” when that partner expressed she was uncomfortable with that statement he proceeded to state “well not literally... but ride her a**” Witnessed a partner make racist remarks in front of a names partner. The named partner laughed it off. A person of color was present as was a client and was visibly uncomfortable. Offices are moved monthly. No training on how to use programs or bill. They purport to be “family” but are actually slimy. Benefits were promised at the time of job offer and were switched to less lucrative benefits at start date 17 attorney departures within six months. Only two were fired. When one attorney was fired the named partner held a firm-wide video conferenced roasting that attorney. Failure to respect COVID guidelines and implemented shared offices for attorneys and then implements “hoteling” offices where you were at a different desk each day. Ran out of offices when hoteling was implemented
All of them.
Don’t allow your workers to undertake something they are not licensed to do. Teach your workers etiquette, tact, and integrity.
Multiple emails, phone calls, and no response. Wants to be the adjuster for an insurance company, but is NOT licensed or certified even, which is a misdemeanor. (Has insurance company convinced he’s allowed to....but he’s not.) Does not communicate. Does not fulfill his responsibilities as an insurance adjuster. Makes up lies (which health providers confirmed as well). Talks down on people, very rude, but has an issue when you give him the same thing back (unprofessional hypocrite). Horrible.
Thank you.
