Advice to law firm management: Deal with your own employees and treat them fairly. At times things don't work out and now and again we do need to proceed onward. Make the best choice by the individuals who have always attempted to do their best to make you succeed and try their hardest to help the firm. Try not to underestimate individuals and attempt to reward those who deserve it. Try not to quiet a voice if they want to offer helpful advice.
Pros: The firm provides great benefits and you can also have a flexible schedule, which is great for some. They have an incredible workplace and people that are very helpful when needed. The work environment is very professional.
Cons: It's all based in light of your noteworthiness and credibility. I had a go at conversing with many individuals to try and take care of issues that were never resolved. Additionally, the lawful guidance for new employees was not very orderly but rather repulsive.
