I think if the firm was to hold more events that helped the associates to network with other firms, it would help to create more opportunities.
The work place here requires good standards. The superiors and associates are all about making sure that the clients are taken care of. The pay and benefits are great here as well. Good lunch room amenities.
One problem I have with the firm is that there tends to be a lack of networking opportunities with other firms. The firm doesn't really go outside of our areas of practice.
