Advice to law firm management: Get a handle on who works for you. They do not have your back... they are incredibly clicky and makes other staff members very uncomfortable. Keep track of time and time out... not micromanage, but know when your employees are coming in and leaving for the day. 10am to 4pm hours are not conducive to a successful company.

Pros: Unlimited time off it seems. Other staff came and went as they pleased.

Cons: Fearful of payroll checks bouncing, staff consists of very clicky women, technology is non existent
