There isn't much that can be done. It is what it is, which can be a good or a bad thing depending on your perspective.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work was professionally challenging and interesting as I would come across a lot of different types of cases.

What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes I couldn't help but feel like an ambulance chaser, and it wasn't always easy to look at myself in the mirror at the end of the day.
