Long story short Justin is rude, never prepared and please don't waste your money, time or energy. You would be better off representing yourself!! I actually had to fire him...

The support is what keeps the firm going. Many times it feels like the paralegals and support team don't get the recognition they deserve. These are the people that really keep the firm going.
There's a lot of good benefits and perks to working here. The pay is very competitive and I'm very satisfied with what I get.
There's a lot of politics in the firm. There are cliques among the partners and it's kind of annoying. Sometimes it's hard to get the help you need. Many partners are very impatient with questions and when people need help.
