Some of the lawyers are personable. Option to start work hours within a set schedule (e.g. 8-5, 7-4, 9-6).
Many of the lawyers are abusive towards staff and pose HR issues. Employees often work without overtime pay due to the way pay is calculated. High turnover rate, including among paralegals who are overworked and stressed
