Keep growing and adding more team members as it is a great place to work and there is plenty of work to be done.
Everyone at this firm cares about their clients and about their employees. There are lots of firm bonding events and everyone gets along well and is always willing to help each other.
The cases are high end and the work can be hard, but it is rewarding to do good work for clients and get good results.
None, all the partners are passionate about their work and care about their employees. The partners at this firm are not the last to get there and the first to leave, they work very hard and are often the last to leave.
The partners are what make this firm so great. Nicole Nuzzo is a great addition to the firm and is a brilliant litigator. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to take the time to explain things if you ask. You can learn alot from her if you are willing to take the time. Robert and Yvette are also incredibly smart and skilled litigators that are always willing to share their knowledge. The partners at this firm truly do not have an ego and are always willing to listen to your suggestions and input.
Don’t just blindly believe the people you put in charge. You allowed someone to come in and abuse your employees. When it was brought to your attention, you accused your employees of being the problem when in reality it was who you put in charge.
The firm is client focused and truly cares about providing the best representation possible. The associate attorneys are great to work with. B. Robert Farzad is also a great person to work with.
Since the firm added a new partner in 09/2021, the firm has gone downhill substantially. What used to be a great place to work is now a horrible place to be. The partner is verbally abusive, and when she doesn’t get what she wants, she uses her administrative abilities to literally change things in the system so she can come back and accuse her subordinates of being inept and unable to do their jobs properly. Unfortunately the firm is no longer somewhere anyone wants to work.
Nicole Nuzzo and Yvette Ochoa. If you have kids they’ll be especially condescending.
Thank you.
