The firm should offer more incentives when it comes to bonuses and compensation regarding extra workload and hours worked by some associates.

One of the best aspects of working here is that vast amount of knowledge that was afforded to me by not only my associates in law, but also my superiors. Everybody is more than willing to help each other out on different cases and projects.

The pay and benefits could be better at the firm. While the salaries weren't too bad, compared to the workload, it might seem a bit unfavorable for some lawyers.
