Clean house, people who can't keep their word will only continue to degrade trust, that is it really.. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. ..

They have a prestigious looking office, that is it really, it is a shame it betrays them.. ... .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. ..

I had a terrible experience with this firm. They lack transparency, will easily take 2 weeks or more to respond to an inquiry and have pulled the rug from under me, as well as lack any real willingness to negotiate at least in my experience. Extremely Unprofessional This firm lacks transparency, honesty, or any humility. Their interview process is a vague 3-month engagement with weeks of radio silence and missed callbacks. The firm listed a job position as ".... our job listing for a Senior Desktop Specialist in our Allentown, PA office. We would like to meet with you to discuss this position in greater detail..." when in reality it wasn't, something they wouldn't acknowledge until I brought it up after an offer was extended, after months of dealing with their nonsense. When a word like senior is removed from a title, things like benefits and pay are also removed. I interviewed for a senior desktop support specialist role; being the sole person aiding an 85 person site with wide coverage in my hours and approximately 15% travel. I was extended an offer significantly below what that role demands, that conveniently skipped over the missing title and some of the terms outlined in our previous meetings. This was a week and a half after my second round interview, after which the IT manager told me to expect an offer letter that week. This just goes to show how little they value my time. Even as I type this that role is still listed as a senior position when it's not.

Blumel, Pernini their word means nothing, that is it really, .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. . .. . .

none, they are located in an area with high crime, that is it really,.. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. . .. . .. .. .. ..

The firm should bring its hiring practices into the twenty first century and add some more diverse faces to the mix. The firm should also seek to add salary and perks to its pay package.

Norris McLaughlin is a firm with a stellar reputation. It has a decades long history of providing compassionate counsel to the communities it serves. It gets results for its clients, both big and small.

This firm does not offer top salary and benefits packages. It has also experienced a large amount of staff turnover, perhaps due to the midrange salary. Do not work here if you intend to get rich.
