Continue to promote from within, employees appreciate the opportunity. I like the dress down Fridays. I would like it if there were summer hours for employees who choose to come in early to leave early in the summer time.
Everyone here is so nice to work with. They believe in promoting from within. You receive a lot of training and the supervisors are always around if you have questions. I am only here 5 months and I feel like an important part of a team.
There really isn't any "worst of the firm" thing I have to say. When working here it is what you make it. If you put the work in you will be compensated. There is a lot of work to be done so if you are not afraid to work hard, you will be fine.
