Seriously, get a grasp of what is going on within. You have fantastic talent and individuals that will do your firm more good if you stopped being narcissistic

Nothing. Go elsewhere. A bunch of “wanna-be” elitists. They do take care of their clients, ills ay that. That’s about it. But don’t work here

Please ignore the all reviews from May 13th and May 10th. They were written but Patricia Roberts who has NO clue what a real Human Resource Officer does. She enjoys implementing useless policies to fuel her power hungry ego. Bobby is so damn clueless to her inability to manage a one-man-band that his whole firm is going to crap because of her.

Meh, they’re all the same.... pick your poison or fruit and run with it. Civil lawyers are a breed in themselves. It’s the culture of the office, not just one partner

I have to write 20 words to describe that it’s a job where I get a shitty paycheck. Still, a job and looking to find something else than this indentured servitude

Great Place to Work, Learn and Grow

Improve communication. Develop standardized posting of new positions which may increase promotions from within. Continue to develop policies and procedures that will keep our firm known as a great place to work.

I have worked at the firm for many years. I've been given the opportunity to apply my skills and learn new ones. We have always been provided with the most current equipment and training needed to keep up with the changing times.

Need better communication which will improve work flow, however many changes are in the process of being implemented. Provide more recognition to staff if no more than a "Good Job".

All partners continue to impress me with the concern they have for our clients and their rights. The partners are approachable and professional.

We are provided with a good work environment, good benefits and a friendly staff. Regular social events encourage good working relationships.

Great Place to Work & Grow within the Legal Community

Fair evaluations of all staff members; and opportunities to grow within the firm. Acknowledging long-standing employees for their dedication to the firm. Encourage positive behavior from all staff

I have worked for PWHD for more than 15 years and this firm has become my second family. The hard work and dedication of our attorneys and staff is truly amazing. Many of our employees take great pride in the work we do for our clients. Many welcome the new changes within the firm.

The worse of the firm - Mainly, disregard disgruntled former employees who were unable to meet PWHD's standards of professionalism.

None; Our Partners main focus is on the clients we serve. Some days are better than others, but it goes with the territory!

Great benefits; office functions and socials; lunch & learn opportunities; networking within the Legal Community; birthday leave; team building events, etc.

Annual evaluations so the employee knows how they're doing in their jobs and what areas they need improvement in so they can become a better employee

The benefits and pay are adequate and fair; attorneys are compassionate and caring and always puts their employees and clients first

Employees that complain about everything for no reason; give them enough work so they can sit down and do their jobs and keep their mouths shut

I can't say there are any partners to avoid. The partners are caring, compassionate, fair and fight for their clients.

You get your birthday off; hard work is rewarded; flexibility; newly hired HR manager to hold employees accountable for their actions

Great frim that cares about thier staff and clients.

Know that your employees appreciate all you do and continue to do to make the firm great. The managing partner's energy and generosity is overwhelming and this firm should be celebrated.

They care about their clients and staff. You see that in the smiles as we come to work, as well as the excitement we celebrate for anyone's success. We celebrate and mourn together. We are a family.

Sorry to read that a person did not appreciate the new HR. I see changes for the better and hope others will share in the success and energy that is being brought to the firm by HR. The amazing new hires that have joined the firm seem to be great!

I have no issues with any Partners. Some are more active than others, but all are great and care about us and their clients.

Attorneys, clients, coworkers, food (there seems to always be food), location, appreciation, open to changes and ideas, helpful, grateful, and supportive.

Need new HR

Get new HR. Micromanaging does Not increase productivity. Should promote within.... if your noses weren’t so far up only lawyers asses you’d recognize the talent you actually have and could maybe retain it

Pay is much lower than other places. Job used to be ok, nothing great but nothing overly horrible until PWHD changed Human Resources. And do the managing partners have blinders on!!! This lady is the true definition of a sociopath and her actions break every code of what HR stands for. She spends about 60% of her time on her phone managing her personal life and the other 40% degrading and harassing the staff. The lawyers are clueless to the true hell of a work environment this place has become. STAY AWAY!!!!

Kiss your personal life away. The worst things.... HR, HR, crappy hours and pay, HR, overly micromanaging, HR, zero job advancement, and did I mention HR?? Seriously folks, this lady was either bullied as a child and seeking revenge on all life forms or just born that way... lawyers think she’s stellar and have ZERO clue about how things are

Will Harty: if you’re not a lawyer, you’re nobody. His wife likes to use a vocabulary too large for her and the best part of my work day is listening to her misuse words in an attempt to sound smart. Jewell also thinks she’s above everyone so don’t waste your time.

Besides feeling like I’m cast in the sequel to Office Space, there is no silver lining. Close to shopping areas?

Something Has To Give

Focus on the overall happiness of your employees and give everyone an equal path to being a lifer at the firm.

I have enjoyed my time here for the most part. I really like my co-workers, and up until, the compensation has been adequate.

The salary and benefits are starting to not properly compensate my abilities. I have better offers elsewhere and they are starting to get tempting.
