Certainly, everyone would love to see a bigger paycheck. Everyone would love to spend an extra week at the beach in the summer. Everyone would love to see a bigger holiday bonus.
Management is really hands on without getting into micro-management territory. Consequently, the firm is very well run. The offices are friendly and sociable without being frivolous.
Associates need to be flexible and need to have diverse skill sets. Management is generally very supportive and trusting. However, if you don't do what's expected of you that can change in an instant.
