To management, if you're looking to grow the firm, add a way to climb the ladder in the firm and give yearly bonuses and raises that encourage people to stick around.
Good firm if you're not looking to progress your career and just looking to settle into a firm for a long term stable unchanging job. Pay is fine and benefits are what you would expect.
The bad thing about the firm is that there is almost no way to grow in the firm. I wasn't able to work on any interesting work or grow beyond my station at all.
