Management needs to get on the ball and/or be replaced ASAP. There is no reason why anyone in the office should be getting away with acting like a child when things are not going their way.
The starting salary was not too bad. I also thought that the work was interesting although quite difficult. The front desk staff were quite nice and helpful as well.
I was only able to work at this firm for a few months before I had to pack up my bags and leave. There were far too many screaming matches that took place in the office. A few of the attorney's had real ego problems and came in and out of the office as they pleased.
This firm should use some team building exercises or other methods for employees to get to know and be more comfortable with each other.
This firm offers you great pay for your work as well as health benefits and lots of vacation time. The location is also right down the road from me and in a central location in town which is convenient.
Unfortunately, this company is a bit small and there isn't too much room for growth. It's also difficult to get to know staff because we're all very isolated in our daily work. It's nice to be alone and get work done, but I also don't feel like I know anyone I work with.
I appreciate the growth I've experienced; however, I feel that my responsibilities quickly expanded beyond what I initially expected. It would have been a better transition with more initial training.
Good growth potential but hard to transition
I found that the management could be disorganized at times, oftentimes out of touch with employees. The work-life balance was unmanageable at times for me and difficult for management to understand if anyone voiced their concern. Suggestions were collected, but it seems as though management found little use for them.
Thank you.
