Pros: They have wonderful headquarters in a good part of a great city. They keep a relatively relaxed atmosphere. Most of the staff is made up of dedicated, skilled, professionals employees.
Cons: The firm isn't exactly managed well. There is disorganization that starts at the top and filters its way down to the bottom of the firm. The cost of living nearby is very high.
