Modernize the firm and office politics a bit. The lack of women and diversity among the partners and associates isn't encouraging to younger associates and staff considering an offer from the firm and those that do come aren't keen enough on staying.
Partners and associates are nice enough, they are regularly polite and considerate. Work hours are pretty good, not a lot of late nights here. Pay is fairly competitive for the area.
