I think everything you're doing is great. I suppose if I had to pick one thing - it would be to pay better. I know that's not easy with a small firm, but it would give us something to work hard towards.
What I loved best about this firm is that it was a very small firm. Everyone knew everyone here. We all treated each other as family and friends. No one was ever trying to step on the feet of others.
I felt that the pay wasn't the greatest. I went on to a larger firm that paid better. Although I loved it here, I just didn't feel like I was working to my full potential.
