I think they'd be much better off if they hired more staff to spread the work around just a little bit more. The firm would run a little bit smoother and everyone would be a little bit less stressed.
I really appreciate the culture here at this firm. It's wonderfully supportive. I feel like they're accommodating and understanding of my personal needs and aspirations. The whole staff is excellent.
The firm has some minor issues that are related to staffing levels. Though everyone here is competent and professional, a lot of people are overextended. If there were less work or more staff, things would be fine.
