Better IT support would be helpful. Their IT vendor is sometimes slow to respond. Things get fixed, but it can take an hour sometimes and in the middle of a workday, that can be a killer.
The work environment is very casual and fun and fast paced. The lawyers and staff interact and joke. Their is no "lawyer is god" complex, and the managing partner is very generous and family oriented. When you do good work, he tells you and rewards you. When you prove yourself, he bumps your pay. I loved working here, and only left because I was moving away. This was my favorite place to work, after 20 years of being in the law industry. Love Richard and the team he has built!!!!
There is a ton of work and it can be overwhelming at times. They are super busy and being able to multi-task can be difficult. If you aren't organized, the workload will eat you up.
Noah can be tough sometimes because of the tight litigation deadlines, but he is a really good guy and appreciative of good work and the motto that "family comes above everything."
Work environment- dress code is casual. They are more about quality work than how you dress Pay is good as are health benefits/insurance Flexibility with schedule and open door to discuss concerns Rewards for improving internal process and being creative. They don't want robots. You are free to make suggestions and they actually listen!
Thank you.
