Make sure that people get work that other people are waiting on done in a timely manner otherwise it can slow everything down.

People understand here that you can't take everything seriously and are more than willing to just have a good time.

Sometimes work takes longer than it really should as people are goofing off instead of finishing something that you are waiting on them for.
