Try to improve the staff's home life by making hours and work schedule more reliable and consistent so that I may enjoy my life outside of work. Other than that keep up the good work.
Quick application to hiring process, it only took about two weeks or so from submitting my application to being hired. Great work ethic from other staff and management. Management likes employees who stick around for a few years.
Hours are unreliable and am often asked to work for long hours. Work schedule is very unpredictable which creates trouble for my home life and trying to have a social life is difficult.
