Show employees more gratitude for their efforts. Do something about the behavior of some of the administrative staff - people cannot be as effective if they are concerned that people within the organization who would otherwise facilitate their jobs might actually be actively sabotaging their efforts. The firm must have more of a ""unified front.""

The partners I worked with were helpful and seemed concerned about my personal well-being. The physical environment was mostly quite nice - sometimes, it was hotter than I might have liked, but the firm is in Florida, so that's kind of a given.

Although, as I mentioned, I had positive experiences interacting one on one with partners, I often felt overworked and underappreciated here. I also found some high-ranking members of the administrative staff to be rather difficult to work with; I saw some really unprofessional behavior from certain parties, at times.
