This firm needs to consider hiring new management. Current management seems to be a terrible job and having new people in would create a good change of pace.
Pros:
Most of the staff at this firm were pretty cool. We got along for the most part and the hours were always consistent. I also didn't have to drive very far to get into work and parking was never a problem.
Cons:
Management at this firm is absolutely terrible. They don't care about their employees or customers and try to take advantage of them any chance they get. They also don't pay you half the time and you have to keep nagging them for your paycheck. This place is completely disorganized and I after a year I had to get out.
