This is a firm with a solid reputation in the legal community, but still small enough that they can care about you on a personal level. Very caring and flexible with family events, illness, and giving you the time that you need. Good mentorship and willing to teach, if youre willing to learn. Overall just great people and an interesting caseload.ConsThe salary does not start off as highly competitive, but there is a structured bonus system and opportunities for raises. If you work hard, theyll make sure you are happy. I felt that the pleasant culture offset the sightly lower salary.
