Great people! Rewarding environment. There are tons of opportunities to make a positive difference in the lives of clients and co-workers. Pay and benefits are great.

The expectations are high, but we are given the resources and direction necessary to do quality work. The firm is serious about giving great representation, so you should not apply here if you are not on board with that.

Everyone is great to work with...there is a good blend of work and fun. Attorneys are generally pretty serious and focused, but this is a great group.

The people are great. We get to know the clients and help them. The work environment is professional, but not overbearing or stuffy.

Lower the bonus incentive and raise the wages so it's more reliable and we can depend on that little extra income.

The best part for me is the competitive atmosphere; HR and management are always pushing for people to do their best and offer bonus incentives to those that earn them.

The pay is slightly lower than I expected it would be, but with hard work the bonus incentive makes up for it.
