Advice to law firm management: The partners need to stop favoring some associates over others and become much more transparent, especially when it comes to major decisions that affect the entire firm.

Pros: I'm pretty happy with the support staff at this firm. They are competent and professional. Most of the associates are also very competent and easy to work with.

Cons: Favoritism at this firm is pretty rampant. Some associates are treated much better than others, with no clear evidence as to why. The partners here are very opaque, and this makes the problem worse.
