						<p class="small">Make it easier for people to move up the chain and they will stay there for life. This is a great firm that could be amazing with a few changes.</p>

						<p class="small">The workload is quite heavy, but there are always people that have your back here. I never felt like I was helpless in my time there.</p>
					
											<label class="smaller text-gray">Cons:</label>
						<p class="small">I think opening higher level positions could help retention rates. I left because I was offered a higher level position at another firm.</p>
