I have the best boss in the world here that always has my back incase things go wrong.
The starting pay here is lower than you might expect for a job like this and you will have to work for a few months for the wages to catch up to what they should be at.
It is a great firm to work for, but being able to take more time off would make the job better. It would improve everything even more.
