We hire associates on the basis of undergraduate and law school academic performance, law review and moot court experience, prior work experience and communication skills.
The firm has not reported whether it counts pro bono hours towards the minimum billable hours requirement. Pro bono hours are counted the same as billable hours for the purposes of year-end bonuses.
