Advice to law firm management: Allowing a toxic work culture to persist where bullying is ok (and is the norm) is detrimental to productivity and morale.
Pros: Their is a HUGE workload and pay isn't great, so there isn't much positive to say. The worst part is the toxic work culture.
Cons: Staff has a terrible attitude, but management does nothing to stop this. Management allows this toxic atmosphere to persist.
Partners to Avoid and Why: Partners are completely unconcerned with the toxic work environment Their attitude seems to be along the lines of: "Those who can put up with it and are willing to stay will do so, and those who want to leave to find something better can do so."
Favorite Things About this Firm: Nothing especially positive to post here - huge workload, not great pay, and bad work culture. Staff has TERRIBLE attitudes and management allows this.
