Fix the negative attitude that consumes your life. Everyone knows that the best part of your day is sneaking around to try to "catch" someone you can reprimand and then going back to your one friend Kathy to gossip about it. Also if you are using the excuse of people using the computer or their phones maybe tell Kathy not to play computer games for two hours straight everyday or watch tv on her phone the entire day.
The attorneys are nice.
The office manager is a little bit racist. If you are Latinx or Black just skip it. She makes it a point to be rude to you even if you say good morning or hello she will stay quite if you are a person of color. That is not the case with the other white employees, especially the ones she gossips about the new people with (we are brown not blind Christine).
None. Just be quite and never smile you'll fit right in.
The silence. Also how they conspire to fire people they don't like by they I mean Christine and Kathy. They had one girl who was a good worker but they hated her positive attitude and how talkative and friendly she was. They would wait till she got up from her desk to go through her computer history to try and find a reason to fire her. Everyone knew about it but no one wanted to risk losing their job.
