Maybe help out people that aren't so quick on their feet by offering additional training throughout their first few months at the firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I interned here for 6 months and it was the most professional and exciting place I've ever seen. The experience was extremely satisfying.

What did you not like about this institution?
I could see it being overwhelming for some people, but I fit right in here. It's very fast-paced and demanding, which was perfect for me.
