Advice to law firm management: Invest more in your workers by offering better raises and bonuses.

Pros: Prestigious Law Firm with Poor Management

Cons: There's not much support here for senior associates and we don't get a lot ofhelp from management on how to do things. In fact, most of upper management is not involved.Their raises are also rather poor.
