Pepper Hamilton LLP Reviews

Advice to law firm management: I would of liked to see this firm set up weekly conferences and offer more opportunities for advancement. It would not hurt to let us know where we are as an individual within the law firm.

Pros: The starting pay was excellent and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed my daily dealings with my secretary as well.

Cons: This firm has your typical big firm problems. Meaning, there can be a real lack of direction at times and it feels as though there's not much room for advancement within the law firm.

Advice to law firm management: When working you will need to stay on top of your workload as management will be doing other things. If you can manage your own work you will be fine. Keep communication open with all the associates.

Pros: This firm offers a good balance of work. You won't get overwhelmed by the workload but will feel challenged. The work will be plentiful and benefits are great.

Cons: The firm has a management problem that spills over into the other offices. They will micro manage but they will also have weak communication.
