Advice to law firm management: Management needs to stop being biased towards family members and keep employees around who are actually helping the firm and not hurting it.
Pros: This law firm is family owned and operated and treats their employees as such. We have team building exercises frequently to help strengthen our work ethics and the owner offer many "get togethers" throughout the year. They work hard to ensure employees get along with one another and feel like a part of the family.
Cons: One issue is that management seems to favor those related to the family. This doesn't apply to everyone, but some employees in the family don't perform to their best abilities and would be let go in other establishments if management wasn't biased.
