Hard times: Schwabe has been very good at really supporting employees through multiple natural disasters this past year along with helping employees through the Covid crisis. Covid: Schwabe has been proactive and extremely responsive to doing everything possible to protect the health of their employees through the Covid crisis. Pride: When you tell others that you work for Schwabe, you feel very proud. They are a well respected company in our state.ConsSchwabe can overtake your whole life, leaving you little personal time with your friends and family. The hours can be really hard to deal with

The attorneys at this firm would not return phone calls or answer basic questions. They did not know basic legal concepts. Charged us for work not performed. Avoid at all costs.

A Refreshing Firm

The billing process needs to be completely overhauled, as the firm is losing funds because of this simple problem. If better billing practices were adopted the firm would be very successful.

Lawyers have the ability to approach cases differently. At the firm I was able to handle cases in a manner that I was accustomed to. The management did not force me to conform my practices to a set standard of the firm. By allowing this I was able to be successful with my cases.

The billing of clients should be updated. Clients are not followed up with to ensure they pay their bills, which then causes a loss for the firm and the attorneys.
