Upgrade the firm's tech. Offer better benefits. Get more involved with the community to raise morale a pride in the firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Hoff Curtis has a great staff. Everyone is very supportive and will jump right in on any problems that crop up. Pay is top notch.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm's computers are slightly out of date and the network is always going down. Benefits are a bit behind the times too.
