Wyatt Tarrant & Combs LLP Reviews

- Reviewed on September 09, 2017

Advice to law firm management: The firm is successful and I hope it continues to be so, however it might lose some of the charm it has if it doesn't stick to the goals given to the staff. I think that dividing up multiple goals among the staff might help in the long run of making us all not run around at times trying to figure out what we should be doing.

Pros: Everyone here has a chance to succeed. There are so many opportunities that the attorneys give to any staff interested in to grow and learn under them. It really is refreshing to be able to learn more skills and have staff that works here supporting you with pride as you learn. We are all like a family here and it shows when attorneys treat staff and clients like family.

Cons: The firm can be a little wish-washy with goals. Sometimes the goals will be one thing with a case, then get changed an hour later making it hard to focus on what needs to be done.
