This firm needs to consider being more consistent with their scheduling. People don't want to work short weeks and long weeks are too exhausting.
I've had such a great experience working for Bray and Klockau. Management is amazing and they really take pride in their employees. When employees are offered better opportunities they are happy for you and actually do what they can to assure you have a good career. They care a lot about you and it shows.
The hours for this firm could be a little more consistent. Some days are short while others are very long. It would help if they could offer a more consistent schedule.
