I would like to see management be a little but more open minded and lenient and allow us to wear casual clothes during the holidays and at the very least, once a month.
The attorneys and owner of this firm are very professional and will go out of their way to meet your needs. I also have found the starting pay to be top notch along with the benefits.
The office environment tends to lean on the strict side in terms of now allowing casual attire to be worn throughout the day and week. Hours are your typical 9-5 as well.
