Management needs to do a better job in making sure people from different departments are better able to relay information for certain projects and cases.
The pay and benefits are decent. I like the amenities the work place offers. There are sometimes great bonuses for employees like free memberships to clubs, etc. Things like that help to keep associates happy.
The work culture could be a lot better though here. The other attorneys here are nice enough but there doesn't seem to be too much emphasis on making sure there is an avenue for communicating.
